Creamfields 10th Anniversary...my thoughts...
It all started off so badly this year, probably the most unorganised event i have ever been to. The queue for the camping site was about 2 hours long so despite leaving home at half 6 am we didn't even get into the site until half 1ish meaning by the time we'de set up camp and chilled with a few beers then queued AGAIN for half hour to get into the arena it was gettin on a bit! Security was very tight, police everywhere and i even lost count of the number of times my bag was searched and i still heard a story of some dohnut geting in with a knife and robbing camera's etc !! Good job the weather was pretty beautiful as there were mud baths as it where. Very impressed with the main stage (beats going to Gatecrasher 08 to find its all cancelled!!) Toilets in the arena were bareable compared to the camping site ones...i say no more...ewww!! Tiesto topped off the end of my weekend, i have far too much love for the guy!! Would go back next year for camping - only suggestions I can make are perhaps more toilets, less queueing and more choice on bottled drinks at the bars!!!

Tiesto literally topped the whole weekend off for me,when he dropped Adagio For Strings my eyes watered! I absolutely adore the guy hes by far in a league of his own and the best Dj in the world to date.Eddie Halliwell,Pete Tong,Matt Hardwick & Judge Jules were also amazing and i non-stop bopped ALL weekend, start to finish.I have to admit the campsite toilets were disgusting, and the food was a bit grosse but people will buy anything at any price when their moogled off their faces! I loved every sungle minute of it apart from the cold/rain on various occasions but its the whole point of a festival,if everything was perfect it wouldnt make it as good! Roll on next year (where i shall be in the boutique campsite lol!) Oh and thank god for the wellies! :D

!!!!ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!

100% FABULOUS!

Eddie Halliwell, has always been a favorite of mine, he rocked the Cream tent, and Underworld were superb.

From my experience, entry, organization, staff, security, crew, etc was perfect.

It is going to be hard for any festival to come close to the Creamfields 10th Aniversary, felt so thrilled to be a part of it!

THANK YOU CREAMFIELDS!

Creamfeilds 11.....bring it on!

This has been my 3rd creamfields now and this has been by far the best. I arrived around 6pm on the saturday and walked straight in with no fuss, had a scream. Fat Boy Slim, oh my!! He shook the place to bits, Amazing!! Sunday i arrived at 4pm for eddie, he was amazing followed by ferry who was awesome then oakie was ace but Tiesto blew me away, Starting off with his "in search of sunrise" anthems then hammering some classics, never gets old. He was immense!

So happy 2009 is another 2 day event. It can only get better!

Yeah it was great, the radio 1, and the cream tents sounded really nice and crisp, and a nice deep bass.

The swedish house tent was a bit shit, everyone was more interested in trying to touch one of the giant balloons than enjoy the music. Also the music was really quiet in there.

The lighting etc was much better than previous years.

The music overall seemed to be a bit too progressive, nobody went as crazy as i would have liked.

i think the creamfields crew are definately getting there though.

This has been my 3rd creamfields now and this has been by far the best.

i found the volume in most of the arena's was alot better than before,it just depended on where you were..ie better nearer the front and back near the speakers lol

So so so glad to see that people really had a great time! It was our first year with camping and going 2 days so I openly apologise for the 2 hour queues, and like we did this year we will listen to you guys and get it sorted for next year! The soundproofing we put in place definately helped to keep the levels up in the arenas and the crowds were awesome! Exhausted now but was worth it when you see 20000 hands all reaching in the air when Tiesto was on!
